Man I don't post that much but i felt compelled to because Mac Dre was by FAR my favorite artist. I vividly remember coming up on California living tape on a fluke... I popped it in and was instantly hooked on "On My Toes". That day I was like I have got to find this dude's other music, only to find he was incarcarated. I remember going to the Wherehouse and Tower Music just to see if there was any updates in Magazines like 4080.. You know I also remember watching Channel 2 news and hearing about the Romper Room Gang. I don't really anticipate any rap albums these days like I would a MD album. Bar for bar he was the hardest artist. Some of his lines literally gave me the chills... he was that ill and that well perceived. I was fortunate enough to have attended at least 5 shows of his and it was well worth it, every penny. I just feel that we have bee blessed with all the music that he did supply us with. Heard too hard for the radio last night at the bar man and it made me feel good... still thinkin bout that line "makin raps till im 80 though"... He was the Randy Couture of rappin...

Rest In Peace Mac Dre
