This time last year nobody in England knew who Javier Hernandez was, now there are Salsa songs in England being released in honour of 'Chicharito'.
The Little Pea has won the affections of Manchester United fans thanks to his deadly finishing including an incredible headed goal at Stoke and most recently the second goal against Wigan.
The new Salsa song is entitled 'Chico is the Man', performed by salsa artist Choco Orta. It was released last week and is, according to press reports, "attracting interest in both the UK and Mexico."
For those in the know, this tune is based on an old Jose Feliciano record with new lyrics about the new Manchester United hero.
Since we don't profess to know much about salsa music it would be presumptuous of us to call this a shocking tune, the lyrics are however a joke.
A sample: "Chico, Chichrito, has got the passion, skill and Latin beat... flew from Mexico and put on the greatest football show... I know we will win because Chico is the man..."
