Give credit where credit is due to Tim Duncan and the Spurs. Greg Popovich is a defensive genius, he knew what the fuck he was doing. He knew how to play Shaq and Kobe. The spurs out-numbered, out-played, out-hustled, and ran the lakers off the court this series; plain and simple.
The refs did a good job this game (no excuses)
I thought the refs were gonna come out like game 3 in the t-wolves series. I'm surprised they didn't call weak ass fouls for the lakers this game, it caught me off gaurd.
take it how you want when say this...but the formula has just ended, time for a new one.
To all Laker fans..
This half ass squad needs some serious rebuilding, Im talkin about a whole new front line.
QUESTION: what positions need improvement for next season???
- for one, We desperately need a point who got D and knows how to fight over (instead of under) screens. Teams killed the Lakers this whole season cuz of that.
- you know damn well they need a Power forward. I heard Karl Malone and Dale Davis want to come to LA. Thats a great pick up, but the question is...how long will these 2 guys last? 1 or 2 seasons maybe? Theres a lot of PF's on the market next year for grabs.
- please get some perimeter shooters and some more scoring options other than shaq and kobe. Horry, he's made some big shots wearin the LA uniform, but his luck ran out. He's retiring next year anyway, so find someone who can fill his spot...
- SF: whatever you do, keep George. I can care less what you do with Pretty Ricky, ship his ass the fuck out...lol His salary isn't made for him. He hasn't done shit since the 96-97 season...thats how i see it...

BUT THERES A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS...
Who can they afford?
Who would take any of these guys for that much money?
