That's what I plan to do.

Exclusive pre-order content is really starting to piss me off. Games like this make me not want to support the devs and buy the motherfucker used. I think there are four different pre-order bonuses, and now exclusive PS3 content, and maybe exclusive 360 content (yet to be announced perhaps).

Fuck you Team Bondi (devs) and fuck you R* (publisher) for pulling this shit. I'll buy your game used, and then MAYBE get the extra content so I don't feel like I'm being completely ripped off.
