I have to agree, it seems to be one of those tracks that could easily be overlooked. (That is what happened in my particular case in the first couple of times I heard the album in its entirety) The hook really brings the track together..

I agree, it was kinda awkward sounding when it just stopped and restarted.

Anxiety is one of the better songs on the cd IMO. But after seeing Kaliko live, that cd doesn't do him a drip of justice.
