It isn't "ripping off" the hometown, it's charging them what they should have been charged for the convenience of saying "I saw Tech when shows were 15 bucks a piece".
The Lawrence show in Sept. was 40 I think. Springfield MO was 22 with tax. Independence was 45 I think. The Beaumont is 40. I think theres somethin wrong with that.
Who was the genius who booked these shows a week a part. I will be going to the Kaliko show, fuck a $40+ ticket price. Maybe they wouldn't have to play the Beaumont to sell it out, if they didn't charge twice the price it should be.
