Kimbo will be destroyed ... He`s a pretty tough fighter but he got no endurance at all and also no good technique ... I remember the only hard opponent he had (some Cop or whatever with some Krav Maga Skills he had no really chance) I really like his attitude and that he fights for his food on the table - but then again he`s "just" a good Streetfighter that just knocked out some fools without Marterial Arts Experience ... And Everyone with some nice Marterial Arts skills can knock out a other way bigger & stronger guy easly... Just my oppinion....

Mercer is not used to getting hit with bare knuckles, but Kimbo has never been hit by a proffessional fighter before, let alone a world class heavyweight opponent. Shit, Kimbo hasn't even fought a big guy that could compete at the amateur level.

He's in for a rude awakening in the form of a stiff jab. See the Shannon Briggs fight ? Mercer is gonna be all up in Kimbo's grill !

kimbo always fights out of shape bouncers, when he fought gannon, he got owned, with his camp crying the whole time.

remember.. this is MMA, not stand up like kimbo is used to.. he can only defend so much.. if hes getting kicked he'll drop his hands and BLAOW! popped right in the face, or he can get kicked in the ribs and its over.

On March 19, 2005, he had one more K-1 bout against Remy Bonjasky, to whom he lost via KO after being caught with a high kick. As Mercer put it, he "got the (stuffing) kicked out of him"

Mercer is my bet, but I hope Kimbo wins. Mercer has the resume but you know the game, luck of the punch is always there and if Kimbo connect, goodnight Mercer.................

i don't imagine either dude is well-trained in kicks enough for them to be effective with 'em. I see these guys flat out brawling, and even though Kimbo pretty swoll, I don't think any of the opponents I've seen him fight have had a punch like Mercer.

Just a humble opinion though.

I agree, Kimbo has not fought (at least on tape) a formidable opponent yet.
