Yes I am aware of Young Grinns passing. What are my feeling? Come on man.... I almost didn't even answer this question, but I know you didn't mean anything off beat by it so I will. I hate it when anybody is murdered especially someone I know and have worked with. Grinn was a good person, I hadn't spoken with him in years but I had love for him. You have to understand that in our community its like a jungle, either its a jealous asshole or a racist police that often kills us. For Grinn it was the Police, death NEVER surprises me since we are all headed to that path. Will I work with Problem child & Shima again probably so. I hope to have them both on The Blackalation 2. Has anyone gotten at me about working on future Pac projects? No. would I? Of course. Clo thank you for your comments on my music being timeless. The challenge is to continue to be creative and take chances and not lose your fan base, so many cats want what I did in 95, and I understand that I dig that music also, but check this out. It wasn't just me I had incredible rappers and DJ CEE that added soooooooooooooo much to my music. Rappers always want me to give um the Mac breakdowns but don't has the lyrics and flows to keep up. In the past I have been reluctant to do music in that style because I felt like I was just repeating myself, however, on this new Blacakaltion 2 I will make sure to give yall some of that pimp shi-! Again I want to thank yall for the encouragement and words of admiration it means more to me than you know.

Khayree your musical talent truly is top notch. Congrats on all the classic material you've put together. My questions to you are, what tracks off the Young D Boyz Straight Game did you produce? Also, what track that you've done incorporates your favorite Guitar riff?

What songs on Young D Boyz Straight Game album did I produce? Mr Chronic, Younga Days, Selling Cocaine as Usual & Young D boyz. The 4 song on that album are 4 of my favorite songs I've ever did I really was trying to reach especially on the song " Young D Boy. I don't have a song with a favorite guitar riff that I've done but one that come to mind is the intro guitar to Back 2 my Mission By MD on The Blackalation, I love the aggression of that guitar riff and the guitar line in the hook :)

Thanks

Thats not off the wall for me I love to go fising. We were in the Napa Valley that day. As far as releasing The Mac Music we never did a complete album on Mike ' The Mac" he wasnt here long enough and in those days we were doing singles on cassette.

khayree! first off i feel blessed to be able to grow up listening to your music! thanks for hittin the Bay off. a lot of tracks helped pullme through different occasions. much love for that!! hear though, i remember reading somewhere that you would like to work with the Wu's Rza. i also remember hearing that the Wu's first album was all done with the K2000, now being both of you are musical masters with that piece and plenty other equipment, some of us want to know will that producing combo ever happen...and which mc's would be able to match y'all beats if that were to be put down??

Yes I am scoring my film documentary Who Is Khayree? right now. I love it. RZA? I dont know what interview that was you read, but I am a RZA fan and all of Wu-tang is dope so any of those Mcs would be cool to work with esp Ghost, Method Man & Raewon.
