Are we talking the same Malibu that artist like Barbra Strisan, Courtney Cox, George Clooney and Will Smith own homes in? 2 million plus per home Malibu? Even if Ya Boy was getting 10,000$ per song net (not gross) and wrote 12 songs on K-Feds album he still wouldn't have enough to lease one of these homes for a year. Not hatin on Ya Boy and his moves. I hope he gets all the cake he can, but come on...owning a nice home in Malibu? If he does...then Ya Boy is the best to ever do it!!! Because some of your favorite legends in the game don't even own homes period.
