first you must realize tha RIAA is going after ANYONE who DOWNLOADZ OR SHAREZ music filez, not just people who are sharing. if you dont believe this, then you need to do sum research and see who has been sued so far....
about a month ago, tha RIAA wuz trying to sue Verizon bcuz they had a subscriber who downloaded 600 songz in one day and Verizon refused to give up that userz information. so yes they are going after those of you who download tha music.
also, wut a lot of you fail to realize is your internet service provider keepz a log of anything and everything you do online via your IP address. so, if you download tha filez and move them from your shared folder or burn and delete them immediately, it doeznt make a difference bcuz you're actionz are already logged. and dont think that just bcuz you've deleted your filez they cant do shit. trust me, just about anything can be retrieved from your hard drive even if you format it 100 timez. it'z called data recovery and ive seen it first hand.
in other wordz, if tha RIAA wantz to go after you for downloading their shit, you're gonna get caught no matter wut. but think about it.... how many people still download music? millionz. so wut are tha oddz of you guyz actually getting sued? very little. but, it is possible whether you move your filez or not.
