I completely understand what you're saying, but this was HIS HOOD, "HIS PEOPLE", HIS BLOCK (BLOCC)...I thought he was from the 4400...
What defense do you have for that?
What defense do you have for that?
To be fair, asking the elderly white couple getting in a truck, well, do you think they would know ANY rapper?
Asking, what? Six or eight year old children? I wouldn't let my kids listen to gangsta rap at a young age... How in the world would they know a gangsta rapper?
Most of all, I'm puzzled about the fact that these "busy, successful" men had the time to drive to Stockton and wander around for several hours.
Then I'd question why it took until Tuesday to put the tape up, when they "took" it Saturday. What? They had that much work to do on it?
Lastly, C-Lim already told them he'd be in Los Angeles, and I do know he was. So, a bunch of "gangstas" jump in their truck in Sacramento, drive all the way to Stockton, walk around the streets acting like they are "film stars" and talk to, how many? 20, 25 people? Plus 12 kids.
Of course, C-Lim's haters are going to accept the tape as gospel. OK, good for them! Are they now better men? Boy, they sure put C-Lim in HIS place in the world. C-Lim's album is still going to come out, he's still going to make money, and everybody goes on with their lives. Goody for them.
I just wish they had stopped off at Best Buy and picked up their copies of Kavio - Hitta's on tha payroll!
