i hate poeple who are so arrogant they think that bending genres and being some horrible ass fucking musician in another genre of music helps us advance musically in any sort of way...no, it just means you put out a wack ass fuckin album tryna be different too hard
yes yes and yes.

that is all i got listening to this damn album. the whole thing is so awkward and so obviously bad that it almost confused me how confident kanye must be to have made this but the entire thing is a conceit.

i instantly thought about every song where he sung certain parts and knew that he's been waiting to pull some shit like this.

his music is just getting worse every time he puts something out. nothing honest about his music. he'll go on def poetry jam and have a stack of Louis Vuitton luggage on stage behind him and then make a song about diamonds from sierra leone and then rip off daft punk and spit "they'll do anything for a klondike/and i'll do anything for a blonde dike/ and she'll do anything for the lime light"

living off of other artists creativity finally caught up to him with this bullshit...

It's even worse than what I expected

If you didn't know it's Kanye West, you would never be able to say this is a hip-hop album

because it's absolutely not a hip-hop album...

well I actually think this cd is a great piece of artwork in that it accomplishes its modern, functional impetus, in the light of the German bauhaus movement, demonstrating that you can use atrocious psuedo-electronic music under the pretense of different as a surface to break up your weed, or a coaster, or my personal favorite... huge plastic, square ninja star.

Overall... not really feelin it

I actually thought maybe I'd like it mroe than I do... but I just can't get into it

like I said... there's about 2 songs that are cool... but other than that... naahh I'm good

I mean props to Kanye I guess for not being afraid to do something different... but... didn't really work, for me at lest

I'm sure the album will be critically acclaimed as genius by Rolling Stones and shti like that though

If you call taking the most idiotic trend to ever hit hip-hop to its most extreme "doing something different", then maybe he deserves props for it....

I'm sure the album will be critically acclaimed as genius by Rolling Stones and shti like that though
of course

I don't think so.
