yea..KC seems to have a big underground scene for being a small city..it seems like KC has more artists then other small cities.Theres always somebody new coming out and all the rappers are tight.

And ya'll gotta get wit TuT-C. He on everything that Pittsburgh Philhty drops. They both from the same hood and I think TuT-C is signed to Philthy's label. I got his street mix the other day.
