I guess I didn't notice it prior to Genius, but does Kali not curse on songs? Maybe he used to and doesn't now? Maybe I'm trippin'?

He didn't on Genius. He censors himself on Hunterish. I mean...he drops the N-bomb a bit, but...

Well yeah, it does seem like he censors himself or just doesn't curse at all on more recent songs.. but obviously in the past he has used curse words in songs. I've also heard him curse while on stage at shows though

I didn't notice until Genius. I realized it was a CD I could listen to with my daughter in the car (so long as I fast forwarded through songs like Getcha Life Right and some others).

Then he did the entire verse from from Hunterish, talking about fucking women...but didn't cuss.

Thank You for bringing that up. I have a two yr old and i know i gotta stop playing certain things around her... but she's so funny when tech is on cuz she moves her fingers and stuff anytime hes on...she loves him!!

Didn't he grow up singin' in the church? Thats seems to be how most R&B artists start out. He's also a rapper too though, so IDK. Maybe he feels like he doesn't need to cuss to sell records; the content alone will sell.
