Mclean, you heard audio of Clinton refusing to accept Osama bin Laden? Interesting. Probably some out of context shit used to suit a purpose.
i posted the audio here before it was during a speech that he gave to somebody in NY, cant remember exactly who though

In any case, do some researching on the Osama claim. Who is the main source for it? Monsoor Ijaz, an oil profiteer with heavy ties to the Sudanese government. This guy was trying to get sanctions lifted from Sudan so he could complete an investment in Sudanese oil. He was the "middle man" through which Osama was supposedly offered.
Bill Clinton was the one that said he was offered to him.

and yes it was Monsoor Ijaz that had the connections to get it done.

here is the tape so you can here it yourself: http://www.newsmax.com/audio/BILLVH.mp3

D/ling audio as we speak...

Anyways back to the topic.

If anyone here sees Fahrenhype 9/11 watch the clips of that anorexic idiot Ann Coulter. The bitch looks and sounds like she's about to die of a heart attack at any moment.

1. Sudanese and American officials who wanted to deal with us (Sudan, a murderous, terror-sponsoring country with a deal brokered by Mansoor Ijaz, who was trying to make money off Sudanese oil through getting the US to lift sanctions)

2. At the time he had committed no crime against the US (or so we thought).

3. There might not have been a "full and complete" offer by the Sudanese government.

Put this all together, and the "Clinton rejected him" theory in Fahrenhype is crap.

1. We could not hold him.

2. We were not sure whether or not the government really intended to release him (This was confirmed by two top US generals at the time)

3. We had not linked him top any anti-US terror attacks.

4. The whole deal was set up so Mansoor Ijaz could make money through American-Sudan diplomacy.

Yes. There was sort of an incomplete offer by the Sudanese to hand him over to the US. We couldn't really verify it, and could not link him to anything at the time anyways. We had no basis to hold him. In addition, a private citizen trying to make money off of Sudan was the one who attempted to broker the deal, which cast doubt on it.

They still weren't questioned before they left. Osama was already a suspect two days after 9-11.
he was a suspect and the media was already blaiming him THE DAY of 9/11

Fahrenheit 9/11...Funny, entertaining, inaccurate for the most part. Did I still greatly enjoy it? Yes. Is it a big crock of shit? In many ways yes. But we've been eating out of so many shit buckets from people like Michael Savage, Rush Limbaugh, sometimes Bill O'Reilly, the change was refreshing.
