Desaturate

thats all I'm gonna say

Yeah on that desaturate point, if u make a copy of the image layer, desaturate it then apply a blur, then an over lay, Also try colorizing layers under the layer with an overlay...select a foreground color, then hit ctrl+u and check the colorize box.
