my boy said the same shit....then when it happened...and his sleep went from 8 hours to 3...his tune changed...lol.....obviously he loves his daughter...but he thought it'd be easier than it is....

its not that bad, and your boy is a good man! it goes from your normal sleep to like 3 hours but its only for a few months. and thats only if you get up and help with the kids. for example i would change and feed my sons while my wife pumped. not kuch on my part but a little to help feel like i was contributing.

HAHA! Funny you mention that. I was telling my boy that not much is going to change in the sleep arena because I already sleep about 4 hours a night. Only difference is I'm gonna have to feed and change a baby.

UPDATE!!

Just had the first ultrasound this morning. Definitely a TRIP and a GREAT feeling to see the first image of your child with a heartbeat.

Congrats man. Babies are poppin' out left and right. My niece and my cousins daughter are 1 week apart...my baby and my cousins 2nd baby are going to be 3 months apart. Bunch of other people I know either just had kids or will be having a kid soon.

The shit is definitely a blessing though. My outlook on life changed the second I found out.

Thanks fam. I'm definitely getting ready for what is about to be thrown at me...and I honestly can't wait for it.

I've been taking care of her alright. Takes a lot of patience, but it's nothin'. She's been sleeping more than anything...and her appetite is out of wack (nothing really sounds appealing to her at this point), but I know that will change. Definitely taking care of her.
