The first time it happened to me this guy gave me a bunch of stickers.

I accepted them and my girl goes "you have to give him $2".
I go "huh, never mind I don't want these then".

He points to this sign "I'm deaf. Stickers $2 please".

Felt all bad. Gave him $2.
I got hustled.

i had cash but she put it down walked away. about 1 min later she came back pointed at the cash donation wording. i looked at her shook my head. she grabbed the button walked away...
let me paint the picture a lil better for you.

i was at mcdonalds playland lettin my kids run a around .
she was also there with her family of 2-3 kids and 2 other adults munching delicious intestine clogging micky d's.
so basically she was like pay for my fries and burger and ill give u a button.

i just cant do it.

funny how shea said he cant imagine not listening to music.. that exact thought came to me also...

but if maybe she can save her $$ and not eat mcdonalds idk.. idk.

yea i was on my labtop. had my android powered phone out with the fresh jordans on...
do i have to give her $$$$ because of that reason...

i totally would have kicked down a buck or two like my wife said but shit beezy let me surf the sicc for a minute before i reach in my pocket na mean...

after she collected her buttons from everyone who didnt kick down they(her fam) all bounced.. how nice

maybe she needs to re-evaluate the approach and not expect people to give her sympathy money off top ..let me breath bitch damn.....

i took sign language in high school and my teacher used to be a teacher at CSD (california school for the deaf). she said the people that sell the stickers and buttons and stuff like that get no respect in the deaf community. deaf people are able to get plenty of normal jobs, selling buttons/stickers is the same as begging for money
