just finished watching momento..

villian than why did sammy keep giving his wife those insulin shots?that fool cried when he killed her.

ok i understand remembering little things as you follow the movie it repeats parts of the scenes.

this is how i took it.

the way they made the movie was instead of cause and effect it was reversed effect and cause.

whut confuses me is his phone converstation and who he was talking to.

I just watched that movie a couple of days, that was one good fucking movie.

Tooper I think Sammy never gave those insulin shots to his wife, that was actually Leonard giving the insulin shots to his wife and he confused himself into thinking it was Sammy, like they were saying sometimes you make stuff up to feel better so your life has meaning. His wife was still alive after the rape but he killed her with those insulin shots. I think he was talking to Teddy on the phone, because Teddy was fucking with his brain for a long ass time, using him to kill bad guys for him, and he was really a cop.

Exactly...Sammy was a con man, and he never was married. Leonard's wife was diabetic, he gave her those shots...

The first time I saw the flick, I thought it was genius. Now the more times I watch it I realize it's a pile of horseshit and nobody can clearly say why because it's backwards.

I bet they filmed it fowards, realized how many holes were in the story and just did the backwards thing to keep people from noticing.

ok...here's what I got....

- His wife did die, he killed her with the insulin, she didn't die from the rape...
- Sammy Jankis was faking...
- He confused his life with Sammy's
- Close to the end of the movie, when it shows Sammy sitting in the chair in the hospital an orderly walks by and it flashes to Leonard...it was really him...
- If you look closely at the tattoos, when he's there with his wife, one of the tattoos says "I did it"
- Teddy really was a cop, but he was using Leonard to kill bad guys, and more importantly the drug dealer to get the 50 g's in the trunk...

now thats on point....i watched this movie a long time ago (when it first came out) so i dont remember much but i think what villan said was on point....

->by the way the way the film is filmed is not original 2 Memento....ive seen many films b4 this one which were filmed with a similar premise and backwards in my cinema classes...but it is new 2 american film and the story line is sik
