Let me tell you from experience that I've been on the block and in suburbia, and if that's what "they" intended to do then they're doing a bad job of it.
There's way more drug usage in suburbia cuz rich kidz got money for drugs.
In the ghetto there's a lot more homocides because of lack of money.
So you figure if "they" wanted to get rich the money's all in suburbia. Cuz a dead dopefiend can't bring you no more scrill and it's bad for business.
The only people "they" are tryin to poison are dopefiends period.
