From doing interviews it made me realize that a lot of people are fucking idiots. Like the kid (he was like 18-19) who at the end of the interview when I asked "do you have any questions?" says "How many managers work here?" I tell him there is like 12 or 13 of us. To this he replies "Yo, the big Samoan one still work here? Cause like two weeks ago me and three of the homies were trying to sneak into the movies up the back stairwell and he caught us. He was hella cool though." Seriously? I mean come on man lol. Dude straight told me during a job interview that he had just tried sneaking into my theater a few weeks ago. How does that help you get a job? Hahaha...
