Wait...so is Meth Lil Wayne or Budden Lil Wayne? Im not sure what you mean, but lyrically, Lil Wayne is so beyond Pimp C its not even comparable. Pimp C may have had the soutehrn drawl and presence, but lyrically, he was less than stellar. And people can continue to hate on Wayne, but as an actual MC, lyrically, he is smashing ALOT of people.
