Teams can change quite a bit year after year, you cant really predict who will be good and not..just look at Carolina, Dallas and Cinnci this year who have improved alot since last year..
Next year we will be better but I think itll take another 2-3 years to be where we should be at

think about it homeboy.... all your "good" players are on the verge of retirement. with the exception of a handful of youthful talent, you got nothing. it takes more than a good CB and a good WR to improve. you guys have NO QB. you better hope the raiders make sum major moves in the offseason or next year will be worse than this year.
