A simple google search will show everyone this is fake as hell. Every link that comes up is the same story regurgitated on numerous rumor sites.

Also the fact it says he's paying $384 million dollars should show how fake it is. Jay Z himself is worth $580 million. The fact anyone would believe he would spend 2/3 of his net worth on something that wouldn't return a dime back is retarded as fuck.
