Letterman sucks... He is so egotistical - he wastes half the show playing with his hair and throwing pens. Leno's jokes aren't always great but he is much better than Letterman.

Conan is by far the best. Much more charismatic. He doesn't always have the same "big time celebrities' that the other two do but I find most of his guests are more entertaining.
