Earned income and adjusted gross income (AGI) must each be less than:
$37,783 ($39,783 married filing jointly) with two or more qualifying children;

That is the highest limit.

And Duke never said he was claiming 3 children unless I missed it?

Just did my State and Federal returns yesterday and will be getting a combined 1,012 dollars back. I was expecting more, but I really can't complain. :knockout:

what exactly is AGI and EIC? I'm married and I made more than that
$39, 783 alone. Filing jointly w/ 3 kids. Shit I don't know what to expect.

I went to some fuckin fly by night tax spot with my husband last night to get his done, and the lady who input the shit into the computer was a fuckin idiot. I had to tell her 4 different times where she was fuckin up on a standard 1040 that is hella easy to fill out with her tax program. I finally had to have her get her manager to tell her that I was right and she was an ignorant piece of shit. When it was all said and done, he's getting $4500 back after paying all the fees and shit. I guess I'll stay with him for another month or so.....LOL
