I argue that Iran is already involved indirectly, (from Somlia, Syria, Eritrea, Sudan, Yemen, and beyond) By helping filter weapons/tech to Hamas (even though they are Sunni) via Egypt, Iran is working to destabilize the entire region even further, i.e. Egyptian Shia's, and once Mubarak dies, it won't be as easy for his son to take over the dynasty.

It is very realistic that they may encourage Hizbollah to start up again from the North, remember, back in '06, it all started in Gaza as well.

However, I assume you mean if they become directly involved, ie sending their special forces for suicide missions, or even more aggressive full scale military measures.
Should that happen, Israel would send a full force attack into Iranian territory, specifically at their 'Nuke' sites, and would no longer wait for america's permission. USA will give it's blessing and probably lend support from forces already in Iraq.

If Iran gets involved, oil goes to $200/barrel overnight, I'm curious what Turkey's & Russia's position would be.

If every news paper broke its rules and showed dead bodies, the world would eventually become immune to it. Sort of like how I can make a side-note about those gloves because I see this killing and dead bodies everyday on the internet. I wonder what percentage of people in that country have not already seen graphic images from these attacks. Will publishing it in a newspaper affect the youngsters growing up who can see this in that very newspaper but still do not even have an understanding of death??
