Artists - Dre dog (horrible), first degree the wack-e (HORRIBLE) and nowadays, lynch and c-bo
Producers - premier (sounds like he smoked an entire sack to the head and looped a jazz CD with fucked up sampled drums)
big hollis (STOP USING A CLAP IN EVERY GODDAMN BEAT IT GETS OLD)
What about the Neptunes... them cats make the same beat over and over and make hits that way....I just dont get it. They got like what, 5 singles on the radio and all of them the same shit. I got love for the NERD cd though, that shit is tight...but they need change the drum pattern on the beats...shit was tight the first 20 times I heard it
damn, cant belive any1 couldnt feel DE.. but i guess its too out there for some people.. i guess i find it hard to listen to hardcore gangster shit all the time.
producer im not feelin- T1 from Game Insane..
rappers im not feelin- Tech N9ne, Messy Marv, Keak Da Sneak
As far as Game Insane, I respect them for their hustle, but don't feel their rhymes or their beats. But at least someone in Milpitas is actually trying to make something of themselves, and for that, I give Game Insane props.
Well seeing is Scott Storch did the beat for "Still D.R.E." And he did the Beat for "F**K You" as well. I don't really think Dre is taking credit for these beats I just think people are confusing the word "Producer" with "Keyboard Programmer" Any body with a damn MPC and a Triton can make a beat(See also Swizz Beatz) but only a REAL producer can put it all together. Oh if you don't know who Scott Storch is you need to learn about him.
{Rant}Why do people get offended when some one says that they don't like an artist that you may like. I mean I'm gonna be real, I think Dre Dog is wack as hell. But that don't mean he ain't tight to you. I mean no disrespect towards you either Cager. I wasn't speaking about you personally. I am just making an observation. It is like people talking about Spice 1. A gang of people think that he is just off the hook. I think he hasn't had a descent album since Amerikkkas Nightmare. But that is just my opinion.{/Rant}
Of course you know artists change with time...So I hopes you feelin the future shit we will be puttin out...
