Is there any exercise I could do that will tone down the fatty area above my dick?

I think its called the mons pubis... anyway, Id like it if I could burn the fat that resides there. The fuzzy pouch of fat really dwarfs my weiner. I think if I could shed the fat there, it would add about an inch and half of length. I could really use that.

You lose fat by eating under your maintanence level of calories. Running and other forms of cardio are means towards burning the calories that you have eaten, resulting in more calroies used in a day.

It's a common misconception that situps that will burn fat.

do leg lifts...lay flat on your back, put your legs together and lift them off the ground 6-10 inches and hold it there for about 15-20 secs. also throw in some situps and a little treadmil everyday.

The ole' kangaroo pouch problem. I don't think there's any one specific exercise you can do to help your situation, I think you you have to lower your overall body fat, then the exercises might make a difference. Just look at it this way, you can get all the marsupial booty you want. But then again, I think that's best left up to cbrennan.

EAT BETTER AND EXERCISE RELIGIOUSLY...CARIOVASCULAR IS A GOOD WAY TO START IF YOU CANT GET TO A GYM...JUST WALK A COUPLE OF MILES A DAY AND STOP EATING FAST FOOD/DRINKING POP...ITS MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE TRUST ME....

Are you talking about the area where your pubic hair is or the very bottom of your stomach right above your pubic hair and right below your navel?

It seems like the leg lifts mentioned before would seem to be the best exercise for that area.
