Is the site down all the time?

Yall need ta bookmark one of the forums or save it in your favorites.....the site doesnt really go down as much as you think it does....the main page just gets too crowded so it gets slow or doesnt wanna work sometimes....when this happens i go through one of my bacc doors at East Co Co or Madman or the Art Forum and i get in here jus fine that way......i dont know about the red x's though i been seein them for awhile too......

respondin to a post with a good size paragraph then cliccin on reply then it just stares at you....then tryin to refresh or make it work and it wont so you basically just wasted your time tyin to say somethin and you dont even get ta say it.....that shits more frustrating.....

i can never get the pics...havent been able to for about 6 months...but im assuming the site goes down because it exceeds its bandwidth every now and again...remember, this is a free forum, 95% of all forums u have to pay for.-

The site never exceeds its bandwidth. It's just what happens when you have a high-resource site that gets 14 million+ hits a month, and when 95% of the site is ran off of mysql databases, which on average has 100+ users online viewing and/or posting messages. Yea you could upgrade the server so it keeps everyone happy, but the shit ain't that cheap to do. So untill Nemo gets a more powerful server, we can only do so much to keep it up & running 24/7. I did a little adjustment so you might see a little improvement but I can't promise anything.

That don't work for me. I always come to the site through the SLR board via the link on my company website and it doesn't make a difference.

But I run through here throughout the day and find that the Siccness has been goin' down like 2 times a day lately. BULLSHIT!!!

And I don't know if it would help.....but there quite a few DEAD[/u] forums that we could probably do without as well.
