I think you guys are right about an affiliate, to clear up afilliate to everyone, a gang affiliate is someone who grew up in the area where a particular gang is prevelent, they wear the colors, hang out with the group, but don't "put in work" for the set. They usually just go to the parties and hang out. These guys are usually more level headed than the crazy guys who do all the dirt.

The story I heard was that the RDV's were bloods and that's Tech N9NE's crew, so I assumed he was a Blood... especially with all the red he wears.
