If you feel like you would send that "I Love You But Fuck You" message to those people then I would suggest family/psycho therapy other than that people who I talk to all the time, who I don't know really know, talk to me like "we cool", when they really don't give a shit about me. so I so I just tell them straight up, I love you, but fuck you... FOR REAL"
