The answer is, NO.
The real answer is Yes. Religous belief is the result of evolution, however I don't think we evolved to specifically believe in Evolution, rather it is a by product of other evolutionary thought processes which made us susceptible to religious thought.

I'm currently reading a book called 'The Story of God' by Robert Winston. Surprisingly, he is a practicing Jew but is agnostic (he is a scientist after all). The Story of God presents a very convincing argument promoting the evolution of religious thought, from the stone age right through to the present day. I recommend everyone read this book whether religious or not.

BTW, before you speak gibberish on religions you have no knowledge in, don't speak please. I've never felt the need to smack a person on the GOM except for Tadou. One of the most stupidest quotes I've ever read was from you, "The word soul makes my head hurt" HAHA! You are the first Atheist or "TRUE ATHEIST" that I am aware of, that has blindly and truly believed that he can refute any or all notions of the existence of God. Can you see air? Can you touch death? Can you smell emotions? Can you hear Thoughts?
I put the onus on the believer to prove the existence of God. I don't have to refute what you say, rather you have to PROVE it yourself. Red Sin - there's a pink elephant orbiting Alpha Centauri. Refute my claim, come on - prove that I'm wrong. You can't, can you? Well, it must be true then. See how stupid that sounds? The exact same argument applies to the existence of God, and just like the above example, it sounds equally stupid.

to christians:
who is better in the eyes of your God?
the sinner christian who is constantly sinning
or the pious muslim who doesnt harm or have any negative intent towards others and lives his life doing good according to what he believes is good?

Unless by some chance the Christian truly repents.

Edit: If the Christian repents and turns from his old ways, then Both

Dang Hemp do you expect me to stay up until 1, isn't the 313 in the East Coast/Southern Coast? I'd say No as well. I still think it does matter Hemp, being benevolent and ignorant can give you a pass. According to what the bible says, the ignorant and benevolent are judged by God and not MAN. If I agreed with your logic, I would be a hypocrite and I would contradict any of my posts claiming Y'Shua, Yahweh is God.

Be in Peace
