people (including awax) are like "he got 3 years for 14 kilos?"...... Theres so much more that goes into sentencing than how much weight someone had. There are like 100 different factors that go into each case.

If he really did make a deal, i think they would have given him a better deal than 3 years for a DRUG conviction.

I HATE to pop my head in this stupid argument, but 3 years for 14 kilos...IS a "better deal".

Drug convictions are the STRICTEST non-violent convictions around....especially in Cali. So im not sure why you are brushing it off as if it were j-walking or something.
