dont do it. artificial drinks are bad for you. you can dye t-shirts and other clothes with that shit, how do you expect it to be good for you.

sugar is bad for you. if you want sugar try to get it from somewhere natural, fruits, honey, or at least brown sugar instead of white sugar.

Kool-Aid will keep you hydrated just like water, but avoid the sugar unless you want to lose your toes/fingers. Extremeties are the first to go on a hardcore case of diabetes.

Only if you top it off with a side of gravy for dippin'! But naw, Kool Aid isn't as good as plain water, if you really need Kool Aid, try using Splenda or some sort of other sweetner instead of sugar, but then again, drinking that much artificial shit is probably not that good of an idea either. Like it was suggested try some Iced Tea, it's better for you, and refreshing...

I remember my health teacher told me that Gatorade is only good as/better than water when your exercizing and need an additional boost in sodium and carbs and electrolytes that your losing from being active. However, if your just sitting on your ass on siccness all day, then no, don't fuck with gatorade or powerade just drink water, cause afterall those drinks still have what, like 35g of sugar in each drink?

plus all dat shit is fuckin sugar water with some red powder i aint no hummingbird i dont need that much sugar.

alright damn i aint word it right at the time i might a been a lil high and shouldnt a said as good as 4 u, i meant get the same thing from it cause at the time i thought maybe the sugar n kool-aid might have mysteriously taken something from the water
