u know how ur supposed to drink xx amount of cups a water a day, well what if u drink that many cups of kool-aid a day(mostly tropical punch & watermelon cherry) cause it is just basically water wit some sugar n flavor so that shoulnt really matter, anyone know?

naw im bein dead ass serious kool aid basically water, right..so aint u gettin the same nutrients or whatever the fuck ur supposed to get outta water when u drink it, from drinking kool aid

Once again. If you drink 8 cups of Kool-aid a day your teeth are going to fall out of your mouth by the time you are 30. All that shit is is flavored sugar water.

Use your head.

But to answer your question (I don't know why I am) it is the equivalent of drinking 8 glasses a day of water.

But when you have no teeth and type 2 diabetes please don't make a thread about it on here.

Hell nah, its not nearly as good for you in the long run.

The only types of drinks that are as good (or better for you) than water are Gatorade, Powerade, etc.

The electrolyte situation isn't a gimmick, it's definitely beneficial. So drink sports drinks if you cant hang with water.

those drinks are good for when you need endurance and stuff, but its not a replacement for water.
Plus, gatorade is too salty for me

sugar is the worst thing u can put into your body... if your drinking 8 cups of kool aid a day thats prolly like 200 grams of sugar and like 1000 calories... water = 0 grams of sugar and 0 calories.. which do u think is better? do the math
