I'm trying to figure out why anyone would want to see this movie.

Please let me know. I'm interested and promise not to talk shit or make fun of you because you want to see it.

Never really watched GI as a child but if the movie is action packed why not...

Didnt think i was going to like StarTrek or Transformers but both movies in my opinion were dope as fuck.

I think people get upset when their childhood memories get messed with. If G.I. was made during the 80's at the hype of the cartoon and toys I don't think anyone would have a problem with it... it's the fact that it took so long for a movie to come out that makes us wonder will it be what we remembered?

I remember a lot of cartoons being more than what they were compared to now. Watching those same shows now is kind of goofy but growing up they play a major role in developing our imagination.

I'm going to watch the movie with the hopes hollywood got it right. If they didn't no biggie I'm not gonna bitch or cry saying it should've been this or that.

Look at the first Hulk movie compared to the second. First sucked but the 2nd made up for it big time

I've liked the x-men movies (part 3 was ehhh) & spiderman (part 1 was a little cheesy tho) new hulk (first hulk can kiss my ass) all the batman's (except forever & batman & robin) and transformers. I've seen almost every comic book movie

yeah i plan on watching this in theatres. i'm not the type to take shit seriously when it comes to entertainment like this. i use to play with gi joes and watch the cartoon as a kid, and i've always wondered about a gi joe movie and here it is. it's not like it's going to cost a grip of money to see it anyway.
