yeah they hardly ever ask for your diploma.. like a physical copy of it or the actual thing. Every job i've ever interviewed for i've gotten that job a couple hours after or the next day.

Yes If you applied at my work and I interviewed you I would just want the truth, fuck the convictions half my staff are Felons and they told me about their drug problems , robbings, etc. because they thought I was not going to hire them. So they spilled their guts... everybody makes mistakes but they do a great Job and show up .

Yeah temp agencies, I work thru Aerotek in Alameda, had a job a few weeks ago at ABB Concise packing boxes, shit was easy as fuck, but they fired me over some other fucks mistake, if you do get a job at ABB in the morning shift, one hindu broad there with a gang of ass, but she sound like tech support, still she could get it, if them fucks didn't fire me I would have been violated them guts...

im having hard time finding jobs too and i just graduated with a degree. kinda hard cus i got no experience in my field but im going thru 2 temp places. did hella good on all my tests today but i hope my background check passes.

if dude dont call you back by tomorrow id call and ask him if they filled the position or something that makes it seem like you want the job more then someone else. like oh i was just wondering if you guys filled that position becuasee im really interested in the job, etc. if your real gangsta go in there in person and talk to the dude and ask that question. again come dressed tho.
