that was some inspiring shit..
I been working out for a year now..
and lost well over 45-50 lbs..
much of it has turned into muscle..
I've lost around 5-6 inches off my waiste..

and right now...its real hard for me..
to keep going..

but watching this video makes me wanna work out..
