Im about to have $300 tomorrow, Im really thinking about getting that 16 gig and ditching the ipod
Im hearing theres a bug where the iphone will make a loud screeching noise after a incoming alert
has anyone experienced this?

yeah the gps worked really well on the 3g, i would expect the same on the 3gs

go to apple.com and they will ask you your at&t info and then give you prices. i wasnt up for renewal until august but i still got the phone at the discounted rate. its basically early renewal.

the gps is real nice. now with the compass the map turns in the direction you are facing.

exclusive features: 3 megapixel camera, compass, video recorder, voice control, faster internet, faster app loading & gaming

i have also read that there are some games coming out in the future tht will require the iphone 3G S's better graphics chip and processor

that shit doesnt work well all the time. last week i got something off of craigslist and had the house # street name and what not and the wifey and i ended up at some random app complex. the house ended up being down the street away from gps mark. this isnt my first time with gps being fucked, for over 5 years they list a street that isnt accesable to cars. god damn iphones get your shit right.

Sounds like I should sell my 3G and my "2G" and cop the new one. How much can I get for a used 3G and a 2G? That'd be sick if it covered the cost of the new one......

check ebay there's a shit load of em there selling.........i've noticed an 8GB 2G phone selling for $100 with the new OS 3.0...
