It would be interesting to hear what these to would do in the studio nowadays. It's been about 10 years since they've done a track together... Good or Bad... Either way it would be interesting.

I guess I will throw my two cents in now. I think its interesting how some of you feel about the possibility of some work between the two.

I think that the forgiveness speaks to the good character of Tech, Travis and Strange as a whole if they did some work together. I think it would speak just as well if they just patched things up and didn't do any work. Now this may very well just be a picture and not have any kind of underlying meaning at all, but there are a couple of things that are undeniable.

1. Don Juan was a part of an important era in Tech's history. He helped to define his early sound that got him recognition from the west coast, Wake up show, Death row etc.

2. If this were to occur, it lends to the list of things that proves Tech tells the truth when he says that he cares about the people that have added something to his career, even when he wasn't that successful. When I was younger there were three things/names that were synonymous with Tech. 57th street RDV's, Don Juan, Icy Roc Kravyn. Tech publicly stated in song (disses) and in interviews and such that he had fallen out with these people for whatever reason, but that he cared about them. Tech has recorded with the RDV's, signed Scoob, Icy Roc popped back up on Gates, and now this picture with two men that worked hard together for a while and fell out just as hard pops up. In my opinion one of the greatest things a man can learn to do is apologize. An even greater thing is to learn how to accept them and mend relationships. Tech has done this, AND given opportunity along with it. To me that shows where his heart really is.

From a personal standpoint this has to be a great thing for Tech. Who really wants their old friends to be enemies because of money? Now that Tech has a platform he can help Don Juan get a little recognition/work.

I fell out with some friends that were real close to me and I was wrong for it. When I got my life together and started experiencing success, I hadn't talked to them for years, I wanted to share my success, stories, etc. with my friends that knew where I came from the best. It was a big deal for me to patch that stuff up.

I have always hoped that they would work together again someday. Tech kills almost everything, I am sure he would be at home on a Juan track.

I feel you on that even though I wouldn't mind it, but how do we know what Juan's "sound" sounds like now? Tech sound is a bit different than it was then too. Maybe he has been evolving too.

Yea...you're a fucking idiot if you think only 4-5 people wanna hear that. Who would the GREAT ZERO rather hear? Lady Gaga or that Die Antwood? Yea lets get a tranny or a band of skanks to be featured:cool:

and really, i dont care if he does or doesn't sound different.......good music all around.

and i think you would be a fool if you didn't think people wanted to hear this. Maybe people who have not been around for as long as some of us dont know who Juan is, but i'm SURE they like the music tech has made with him.

everyone has an opinion.......

but i need to ask u...... who is matic lee???

i haven't heard every single song that T9 has recorded so i'm assuming he's one of the many producers that T9 has worked with....

have you heard of E-40 or Nate Dogg(r.i.p.)???

produced by Don Juan back in 2000

have you heard of Cash Image???

produced by Don Juan in 2008

Juan is a KC legend and a KC hip-hop pioneer.........

Depends on who's listening.
Tech choosing the beats it kinda hard to determand who's better... For fans who arent musicians.. i can say they can judge which producer's beats tech sounds the best on but would be blinded trying to judge overall Musicianship.

Tech's content & flow has changed dramatically since MLK so it would be hard to slap to songs together and compare two producers that are damn near a decade apart.
