I have bad insomnia, but I do not go on the net when I cant sleep... that shit will keep me up even longer. I take ( if it isnt too late ) over the counter Melatonin from CVS instead of sleeping pills. Shit is natural & will pass you the fuck out in 45 mins of taking it. Excedrin PM does the trick too, but if its past midnight, I cant take anything or I aint waking up for work @ 6.
