What I think is nuts is that people bought into it, myself included, but the message behind their lyrics was tainted with Christian ideals. It took me years to pick up on the message, but it can be seen in some of their older stuff. The way they were always judging the wicked people of this world, yet they were being wicked in the process. I'm not talking "wicked" like their self-proclaimed genre of rap, but as in the way they projected themselves as judges of evil people.
