Realistically, no one would really want to work on the first cover for free on the contingency that if they did a great job you will actually pay them for work..what's weird about your message is that you don't explain what type of flow, style or creative thought is here. You just have a list for them to create a cover and place the list on it? I would think you would want to see samples of work to see if they match up to what your companies expectations are so no one is wasting time on this for a result of nothing in the end..I think you should better explain it here and set a cost for the cover or have people here bid for it.
All together they want 10 covers(1pannel each) for $500.They wanted to see the 1st cover to make sure the work is up to expectations (it can have a watermark or whatever u feel is necessary)After the 1st one is accepted you get $200 of the $500 to start work on the others,then when those are completed you get the rest.

I do one panel covers for $50. But I require $25 up front. Honestly I'd be interested in doing this if you'd fork over $25 to start which should be chump change if yall fuckin with those artists. there's more than 10 covers on my page so you see what I can do. But my time is worth money just like every other artist on the siccness...

Thats 10 designs for $350,they need 10 pannels for $500
I know $50 per might not b much to a balla like yourself,but while your spending your (uncompensated) time picking apart this offer,someone else is gettin paid.
