Your cousin's son isn't really your nephew, that would be your brother's or sister's son..your cousin's son is more like your first cousin once removed. But that's just getting technical. If she is a good woman, I don't see anything wrong, since she isn't a part of your cuz' life any more. Who knows, sometimes crazy shit like that draws people together.
