Guess he was upset if he had a legitimate reason why he had to pay late and he ended up not getting the cd's he wanted. You saying it was beyond the last 12 hours of auction of the relisted cd's and you couldn't pull them down and accept his payment? Because I don't know what these guys think but that is what I would have done. If I could pull them down and respect the previous winner I would do just that. I never jump the gun and relist that quickly anyway, but if I did I would pull them down. It's only a loss of what $.40 a listing now? You got to excuse me, I don't keep up on ebay pricing :)

What is the point of having a limit to pay by then? If you can't afford to pay for something in a week (which is how long I give) you don't need to bid. I'm not gonna wonder and wait for someone to pay, i got better shit to do. And i have refunded money to people that pay too late. Its a principle, if his auction didn't have a time to pay so be it, Without rules there is chaos.

I think westbanklover is right. I havent received anything yet and probably never will. Its been over 20 days since I paid and shipping within Europe should be quite fast. Also he doesnt answer any questions. Reason, I believe, is that the tape (Luniz) went for too low price. News flash moron; you can set reserve. Yea and I paid on time (next day after winning the item)

thats exactly my point of view as well, 7 days are 7 days not 2-3 weeks, if you cant pay within time DO NOT BID. Anyways back to point....

semms like some people are gettin his shit some not. 225 for 10 man and jihad.. but i guess if he was expectin to make more thats why. bogus shit set reserves if you aint happy or buy now bes offer. learned my lesson will not send anything expensive ever again without conformation. bullshit they dnt let you track outside of us in the first place
