you are comparing rivaling varrios a few miles apart to a statewide separation. It doesn't make much sense with an example such as that. Lets not forget that the sets you name actually clash on the street and most real 13/14 clashes are in prison only. The varrios you listed have taken and lost territory from one another throughout the years so I really don't see a metaphor here. Maybe I need to read it again. I know you were trying to make a point and exaggerating but If every gang rivalry down here was violently handled and each gang somehow completely destroyed its rival then it would eventually come down to one big united neighborhood and I'm sorry but that is just ridiculous because that would then split up once more.
San Fer is a gang. Pacoima is a city that gangs put their name after. Pacoima Vaughn St, Pacoima Project Boys, Pacoima Humphrey (sp) Park, Pacoima Brown Stoner Locos, Pacoima Trece, Pacoima Latin Times, Pacoima Van Nuys Boys, Pacoima Flats, etc. These gangs are not clicks, they are their own gangs. They have their own clicks. All the gangs in Pacoima hate San Fer but most of the gangs in Pacoima don't even get along with each other. Pacas blast on other pacas. For an all out war on San Fer to work the gangs in Pacoima would have to stop their fighting first. San Fer going after every gang in Pacoima would be suicide because if you add up every varrio in Pacoima they outnumber San Fer by a lot.
I know it takes place on the streets up north too, but how many of those run-ins actually involve true ass Surenos who ride for their shit until the end? Many of them are lil kids who are in it for a week until they get punked. I'm sorry but I do take what Nortenos say on here about the "See Us Run" "track star" paisa'd out "Northern Surenos" into account. I believe much of what the Nortenos say on here because it is consistent and I honestly know that not EVERY "Northern Sureno" ranks out, but from the stories I hear on here about how MOST of em are like that... I see it as basically a joke with how they deny it and that's why I say:

thats why I said "MOST" and not "ALL" real 13/14 clashes. Of course not one of the last 3 people who admit that there are a number of down "Northern Surenos" are Nortenos. Mtown says that there are PLENTY of neighborhoods in N. Cali that are STRICTLY Sureno turf and I am surprised by this. The big picture is confusing.
