Yeah Floyd is scared of a dude that's making his reputation on beating up on shot fighters. I'm pretty sure Floyd watched the fight Saturday night and was like "ooooooo I'm scared".
Mosley was a shot fighter with no reflexes.... they picked the worst opponent they could have picked. Now Manny fans are glorifying this victory like he just beat a prime, juiced up Mosley.
Manny would win if Floyd stood in front of him and traded punches. Everyone knows that, but that's not going to happen. Floyd is going to move, pot shot, and counter Manny.
All Floyd asked for was for Manny to prove that he wasn't juicin'....

Mayweather doesn't want to fight so who is left? How about fighting someone coming off an impressive victory like Ortiz (is he under Top Rank, probably not since he last fought on HBO)? Ortiz is a true welterweight and will come to fight instead of just handing Manny a victory, collecting a paycheck, and then talking about powerful and fast Manny is (like we don't already know). How about picking a fighter that's going to show up to win?

Now assuming that he shook his cowardice and decided to fight, you have to consider how many times Floyd has fought a person who throws as many punches and combos from all different angles as Manny. If Floyd were to fight Manny, that shoulder roll, putting his back to the ropes, etc (Philly Shell/Crab) will lead to him getting hit with body shots all night. But more importantly, you have to consider that style and the fact that Manny is a southpaw so it works to his advantage because you're rolling straight into the left and will get tagged. So you might be thinking, "Well Zab was a southpaw and it worked against him." It actually didn't (watch rounds 2, 3 and 4). You watch that fight and you'll see he hardly used that style and looked off balance at times. Moreover, Zab STOPPED punching. Manny is NOT going to stop punching.

Victor Ortiz is Golden Boy, it's not going to happen. Again, no golden boy fighter vs any top rank fighter is going to happen in any weight class. That's the way the sport is right now unfortuantely. anyways, ortiz would get killed by pacquiao. Would be entertaining though since ortiz would come forward and that's when pac shines the most.
