I'd pick it up if it is in front of me. I'm not going into the grass or anything for a penny. 4times a year I exchange for bills. I get about $150 each time but I have a lot of quarters. I make the cashier break dollars so I can get the change. Weird but I like seeing it pile up. I used to do coinstar but just stopped because I was giving away money for convenience. 10%. That's about $60 a year to coinstar at $150 every three months. I know this lady who only saved quarters and filled up a water jug. I think she got $5,000 and bought a car.

man I had stacked quarters for like 2 years, and I had some homies move my shit, when I had to go OT on an emergency and couldn't move my shit and the so-called bitch ass homie (not my friend anymore cus he's a scanless sucka) found my quarters and ate lunch and dinner straight for 3 weeks off my quarters... Still pissed about that shit.

funny thing, i actually saved every penny i saw for about 3 years. I wouldnt run across a street for a penny but i just took every penny i saw in my house, walking around outside, my car, etc. and saved it. Took it to a coinstar-all pennies mind you- and it was 25 bucks. LMAO! i thought i hit the jackpot before i got the receipt cuz thats 2500 coins. oh well still bought myself a pack of swishers and a cheap bottle.
