I moved to the Phoenix area, can't complain I'm about to buy my first house out here, I'd have to triple my income just to think about it in the Bay Area
I been to Houston once i swear the weather out here was hotter than phoenix with that humidity they have out there, it was kind of a blur though since I really only spent one day there to escape from a hurricane. I had a navy buddy out there he took us out and got us wasted and I messed around with my homies gfs best friend, thats all i really remember
never been to vegas, seems like a town to pick up a bunch of new vices like drugs gambling and hookers

Most definitely Vegas or Phoenix. Fuck Houston and their Hurricanes. Don't they get extreme weather like golf ball sized hail as well? I'd rather go where the heat is drier and Vegas/AZ is definitely drier. Vegas is just fun, there's a lot to do on the strip, shopping, eating, drinking, clubbing, gambling, sex,... 
I'm sure that shit does get old after a while, but the strip itself offers more night life and fun than most other cities do.
Best city in the world to me is Chula Vista. Glad I live here. haha No way in hell I move from SD, that's downgrading.

I had a dude talking to me a few weeks ago, passing through town, from Modesto, who was a cool dude, except for the fact that he thought Las Vegas was MGM, Circus Circus, etc...talking about 'theres no hoods in Vegas', and he'd walk through any hood in Vegas and not have a problem...
What can you do? I laughed...

Yeah that's Summerlin.....That's where Red Rock Casino is too. DEFINETLY not "hood" lol.....But out Lake Mead/Nellis etc is a whooooole different story. U get alot of Cali cats and other people who got 2 strikes and move there to "start over" lol...North Las Vegas is no fuckin' joke please believe.
And to the other comment, yeah when you live there you really only go to the strip if you work there or when family/friends are in town. I mean if there's somethin in particular crackin I'd go there but otherwise I avoided it personally. It's a big fuckin city with alot to do besides the strip.

edit: oh and northtown vegas is horrible. ive been on a tour of it. and not just a SMALL TOUR...i mean all around the shit more than once...in houses....all that... lots and lots of crackhouses, crackheads, crack dealers in the street.....liquor stores completely taken over by fiends....not the prettiest place i can vouch
